What is the Gong Challenge?

The Gong Challenge is a 30-day journey with gongs. In this challenge, you will use 6 gongs associated with the 6 inner planets that are closest to the Earth in our Solar System. Those planets are Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and Moon.

Each day is focused on a different gong and its associated planet. This helps to open you up to different aspects of your life and its energy.

The Gong Challenge begins with the Mercury Gong and ends with the Moon Gong. The challenge allows for personal growth through the use of gong healing.

By the end of the 30-day Gong Challenge, you will have gained a better understanding of yourself and your life and how the energy of each inner planet can affect your emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.
