Sciatica pain is one of the most common complains I hear from my patients. Sciatica is a condition is which pain radiates from lower back along the route of sciatic nerve i.e from low back to the buttock and finally to the feet. Sometimes there is also numbness and tingling along with weakness in the muscles of the leg. This pain is common in people involved with prolonged sitting positions, repetitive bending or heavy lifting activities etc.

These exercises does not require any equipment. These exercises will also help to strengthen the muscles of lower back along with improving mobility in spine and sciatic nerves. These exercises are recommended to be done twice a day.
