Michael Jordan Said Anthony Edwards Reminds Him of Himself

Michael Jordan recently said that Anthony Edwards reminds him of his younger self. for about two years now there has been a running gag that Anthony Edwards. is the long-lost son of Michael Jordan. This joke has been going on quietly online for a while but two days ago Chris Broussard finally brought it to the forefront of sports media when he suggested to his co-hosts on first thing first, that Anthony Edwards plays like Michael Jordan. To back up his claims he contacted Michael Jordan himself to see what he thought of the comparison and surprisingly Michael Jordan agreed with him that Anthony Edwards does play like him. Now this is not to say Anthony Edwards is going to be the next Michael Jordan, it is just that some of the things Anthony Edwards does are very similar to Jordan. The way he looks even screams Michael Jordan and he could easily pass off as MJ's son. The way he fades, His crossovers, and his dunking are similar to that of Michael Jordan. And not just that Anthony Edwards draws more comparisons to MJ's through his mentality and personality. Anthony is what you call alpha, he is the type of guy to walk into the room and square up the best player in there and challenge him. He also separated himself from the rest of the upcoming star players like Ja Morant, Lamelo Ball, and Zion Williamson in terms of the best. all of these attributes are reminiscent of Michael Jordan and the comparisons are warranted.
