The Mayor of Wellington recently put forward a motion to investigate Wellington's Islamic Call to Prayer 5 times per day starting at 5.00 am. Perhaps Wellingtons Mayor- Mayor Whanau could publicly discuss in her next Council Planning Meeting prayers for the Christians who have been murdered in Moscow, the 300 seriously harmed.
