1). Hamas and Rafah attack will occur.
2). An escelation on both sides by Israel and Hezbollah.
3). Turkey will invade both Syria and Iraq against the Kurds-Medes and compress the whole middle east.

Instead of one refugee crisis, you will have 3 or 4 if you add in the Jewish people to the equation.
