An absolutely beautiful day for racing, 70's and a little breezy but sunny. We are on a good streak with weather.

New paving in places at COTA is making the racing surface a little slick, but making for great racing. The Fords have really struggled so far with this new package and body style. The track is long enough that going laps down should not be an issue, so they will have time to make adjustments before stage 4. But Toyota and Chevy will dominate in the early going. But if history tells us anything late race cautions this could be anyone's race to win or lose.
