Paul Bonacci says government was training children to blackmail politicians

Bonacci told deposition that the government via Project Monarch was training young children, both boys and girls, to become MK Ultra slaves where they would use them as tools to blackmail politicians and get what they want.
Remind you of anything? How about Jeffrey Epstein? The government has been doing this for far longer than people can imagine, at least, that's what all signs appear to indicate.
