I don't eat sugar! No flour! No fat! Dessert for weight loss❤️

Ingredients:

150 g(1+1/2 cup) oat flakes
150 ml(2/3 cup) milk/ or plant "milk"
leave to soak for 5-10 minutes
2 medium eggs
2 ripe bananas
mash with a fork or put them in a blender
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
20 g(~1/4 cup) cocoa
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
bake 30-35 minutes at 180°C/360°F
50 g(1.75 oz) dark chocolate(without added sugar if you have)
25 ml(~2 tbsp) hot milk
30 g(~1/4 cup) walnuts
