A home was STOLEN in Dekalb County, Stone Mountain-Sheppard Road in Georgia from Charmaine Allman and her 77 year old husband who was arrested for regusing to leave using wrongful foreclosure or forged deeds, the couple owned the home without a mortgage but said they kept receiving letters about starting a new mortgage, DeKalb County Marshal’s Office said they had to leave because their home had been sold without their knowledge, the problem lies with online or in person filing not requiring ANY ID so anyone can attempt to steal someone's home if the paperwork "looks good" 🤬

This happens a lot and people are advised to contact a lawyer as soon as any such paperwork arrives and NOT to ignore it, the only way to stop it is to change the laws to REQUIRE ID for filing such paperwork🤔

Another example is 56 year old Eric Clark, a retiree and a dad who has owned his own home in DeKalb County’s Ellenwood community for more than 20 years who is dealing with medical issues that is FORCED TO PAY RENT on HIS OWN PROPERTY while he fights this battle in court or GET OUT 😧

This is insane, FIX THE LAWS and ARREST the corrupt people involved, they know what they are doing is wrong even if it's legal, do you want to take a guess where this is leading or should I just say REPLACEMENT AGENDA, you won't have to sell your land/home, "they'll" just take it 😡
