Leading Horses to Water

“You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink”, is a saying that is very true. As much as we want to help people, there are some people that do not want help. This is especially true of addictions. Everyone is free to make their own decisions and own choices in life and also find their own paths to sobriety and healing. We can lead horses to water but it’s their choice to drink or not.
