Body cam footage of the Franke children from 8 passengers rescue. Warning it's very hard to watch the two little children where emaciated the little boy had several open sores that smelled like raw flesh that were duct taped on his wrist and ankles Jodi Hildebrandt refuse to come out of her house but the police made her leave so they could rescue these children the little girl was sitting in the middle of a closet while the police were checking the safe rooms that were in the basement.
