First Food Preserved by canning

I was given a lot of free vegetables, so what do I do? I canned what I could, and fed to the animals what I could not.
I used my mother's canner which is a Presto 23 quart. Here is a link to where you could get one to start: https://amzn.to/3PBZSGK
I would eventually step up to an "All American" brand, but that are twice the price or a little more.
Hint, put a splash of vinegar in your cooker before you start. It prevents a whitish film from developing on the outside of your jars.
