At Cincinnati's Heart Mini, stroke survivor David Moskowitz says 'there is always hope'

David Moskowitz, a young stroke survivor from Sycamore High School, led the 1K at Cincinnati's Heart Mini on Sunday. He says he's proof "there is always hope."
