Post Office and Fujitsu Legal Professionals FAILED in their duties the solicitors for a number of convicted subpostmasters concludes during his Phase 4 Closing Statement on their behalf at the Post Office Inquiry.
Despite the shocking nature of training and competence failures within other areas of both businesses identified during his conclusions, by far the most shocking has to be the alleged conduct of legal staff, bound by professional obligations, in their apparent disregard for cherished standards and practices when conducting Post Office prosecutions.
