Enoch Burke returned to prison-Isaac & mother Martina Burke 22-03-24

BREAKING: Enoch Burke has been returned to prison after exposing lies in court by opposing lawyers.
Multiple lies by lawyers for Wilson's Hospital School were exposed in court today.
Earlier this week Shane Phelan on the Irish Independent reported that Wilson's Hospital School have employed a security company, with "security personnel now positioned at the school gates.”
However in a sworn affidavit submitted to the court this week Catherine Kelly of Mason Hayes & Curran Solicitors affirmed that the Principal of Wilson's Hospital School believed that the employment of a security company at Wilson's Hospital School was "not appropriate", and that the Chair of the School Board "could not countenance" the school being "patrolled by security contractors”, and stated that the views of school management had “not changed in this regard”.
Catherine Kelly swore this affidavit as the biggest newpaper in the country was reporting the exact opposite.
When these shocking lies were brought to the attention of Judge Mark Sanfey today he refused to listen. Enoch Burke was inhumanely manhandled out of court because he was speaking the obvious truth.
It’s clear from today that the lawyers for Wilson's Hospital School have no fear of the judge. They lie on oath because they know that the corrupt judge before them will turn a blind eye.
Shane Phelan of the Irish Independent has reported today that Enoch Burke "engaged in a tirade of abuse against the judge."
Shane Phelan is purposely reporting brazen misinformation and a version of events so twisted it bears no resemblance to the truth. The lies by lawyers were barely mentioned.
What a wretched state of affairs when the main concern of the Legal Affairs Editor of the Irish Independent is to cover up for a judge and lawyers so corrupt and dishonest they wouldn't know integrity if they tripped over it. Shane Phelan's reporting is a disgrace to journalism.
Enoch Burke been put back in prison today but the fight for justice goes on.
