Making a truck bed livestock carrier

I was not about to pay 350 or more for a livestock carrier to go in the back of my truck. This worked well. I hauled a goat from Oklahoma back to Texas where I live. Hauled many others as well.

I used a Lincoln 260 MPX generator welder. I love that machine. It was much cheaper when I bought it 4 years ago but inflation ya know.

I looked at Atwood's, Tractor supply, and our local coop, but the lowest price I could find for the carrier was $350.00. I was trying to save as much money as possible to purchase a NZ Kiko doe to enhance my flock, so I had to build one. I like mine better. It is taller, wider, and lighter.
