Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh is confronted with an email where, in providing an update to a fellow lawyer about Post Office Prosecutions, that subpostmasters were 'jumping on the passing [Horizon] bandwagon' and that their Horizon challenges will 'melt away like midnight snow' saying that to stop prosecutions of subpostmasters would look like a lack of confidence in the Fujitsu developed Horizon system that was integral to the Post Office.
Trying to distance himself again from the 'Horizon bandwagon' comments he says that this wasn't his individual view but a 'team view' at the Post Office.
