• California just filed it's 2021-22 audited financial 350 days past the filing date
• Audits must be filed within 6mos after they're due. Otherwise the State is in default
• 80% of the oil California receives in ports comes from Iran and Iraq
• China has ceased to be a competitive outsource for manufacturing
