2 c almond flour
salt to taste (I use Kosher)
1 Tbs Italian Seasoning
2 Tbs olive oil
3 tbs water
Preheat oven to 350 F.
in a small bowl, combine the oil & water.
In a medium bowl, add the almond flour, salt and seasoning. Combine.
Add the olive oil/water mixture.
Combine until all the flour is wet looking and dough sticks together.
Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Using another piece of parchment, roll dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Remove top parchment.
Cut into squares & pokes with holes.
Bake about 15 minutes, until golden brown.
