Simple snd Quick Palak Aloo ki Recipe
Here's a simple recipe for Palak Aloo (Spinach Potato):
Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped spinach (palak)
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and diced And soya
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 Dahi
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears.
5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add chopped spinach,Soya and diced potatoes. Mix everything together.
7. Cover and cook on low heat until the potatoes are cooked through and the spinach wilts down.
