The Washington County Attorney’s Office has released previously unseen evidence in the Ruby Franke and Jodi Hildebrandt child abuse cases.

The two women were sentenced in February on second-degree aggravated child abuse charges after pleading guilty in December.

As part of a plea agreement, prosecutors dropped two counts from the original six. The women were both sentenced to no more than one to 15 years behind bars on the four remaining counts, to be served consecutively.
