Representative Harriet Hageman (R-WY) says Congress needs to introduce Constitutional protections to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to ensure federal agencies and employees aren’t violating Americans’ First, Second and Fourth Amendment rights. Rep. Hageman says her new bill, the Censorship Accountability Act, would give Americans the grounds to sue federal employees who violate their First Amendment rights.
