Post Office Lawyer HOPED he received vital disclosure documents

Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh tells the Post Office Inquiry that he HOPED he received vital disclosure documents when deciding whether or not to prosecute subpostmasters during his time in the Criminal Law Team.

Jarnail Singh says he's not sure about prosecution policies at the Post Office and followed the Crown Prosecutor's Code of Practice and says that he did decide that some cases 'were not in the public interest' due to the sums of money alleged in shortfalls and the health of the subpostmasters or their families.
