Post Office Lawyer ADMITS that he was the decision maker!

Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh admits to Jason Beer KC, after much deflection, that he WAS the decision maker on subpostmasters prosecutions when asked if he would have to refer his advice on to someone else for them to make a decision at the Post Office Inquiry.

Despite previously distancing himself from responsibility for the cases, he now suggests that he did indeed play a role in deciding whether there was sufficient evidence for the prosecution of a subpostmaster and whether there was a realistic prospect of conviction.
