Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh is schooled by Jason Beer KC in the requirements of a Expert Witness proposed by a prosecutor in a criminal trial.

Whilst Jarnail Singh agrees with them all, after long pauses, he takes issue with the fact that Gareth Jenkins was considered an expert - he says rather than an expert he was simply the person put forward by Fujitsu as the only person who could possibly comment on such a complicated and 'sophisticated' system as Horizon...
