Flush bolts are incredibly common on storefront aluminum glass doors and are used to anchor one of two doors in place in order to resist pry attacks when the doors are locked.

In conjunction with an optional latch guard, flush bolts ensure that people can't bend the soft aluminum frame back in order to gain entry into your closed retail space.
