Post Office Lawyer admits errors SHOULD have ENDED prosecutions

Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh admits that any known errors with Fujitsu Horizon SHOULD have ENDED Post Office prosecutions of subpostmasters but isn't clear on whether he ever got the question as to whether there were any known errors answered by Fujitsu in the case of Seema Misra.

Jarnail Singh declares that 'he wasn't the only lawyer' and says that he struggles to remember the rationale behind his emails to Fujitsu and Post Office counsel or whether he followed up and got answers to questions he was asking to disclose to the defence.
