Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh is made aware of a FATAL FLAW in a prosecution case against a subpostmaster by Fujitsu due to missing audit data that has not been requested for the branch in question.
Jarnail Singh describes it as 'essential' that this is pointed out in a disclosure log to the defence and the court - but does such disclosure ever take place?
Jarnail Singh insists that he did everything he could but despite being made aware of issues relating to a lack of data 6 months before by Jon Longman, no progress appears to have been made right up to the court's deadline.
