Post Office Lawyer ADMITS mishandling EXPERT witness

Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh finally ADMITS mishandling EXPERT witness Gareth Jenkins after being presented with numerous pieces of evidence at the Post Office Inquiry, some that he wrote himself, referring to Gareth Jenkins as being an expert witness in the prosecution of the case of Seema Misra whilst working at the Post Office.

In light of the overwhelming evidence, Jarnail Singh admits that he made an 'error' in not explaining the duties of an expert witness to Gareth Jenkins at any point and agrees that he should have done so.
