Post Office Lawyer UNSURE about lack of defence disclosure

Post Office Lawyer Jarnail Singh is UNSURE about the lack of defence disclosure regarding the 'locking issue' mentioned by Gareth Jenkins when questioned by Jason Beer KC and the Post Office Inquiry.

Following consultation with his solicitor, Jason Beer KC pointedly asks if he has 'now decided to respond with I don't know and I don't recall' to which Jarnail Singh replies that without further context and given the passage of time it is now hard for him to recall these events.

The locking issue is last mentioned in an email from Fujitsu to Jarnail Singh but is subsequently not mentioned in further communication on the subject nor is it mentioned in the witness statement.
