Another few runs in Side Order. First weapon and second weapon were fine and able to complete more chips. The third weapon (Splatana), however, barely give me what I really need to get that chip complete.

I was hoping since it is a Splatana, that power chip it only gets would show up a bit more. But nope, The Chip Bias Hack says otherwise.
