Fajita Chicken Parcel Recipe By Spice Bite | Iftar Special Recipe
Today's is Fajita Chicken Parcel quick and easy recipe for your Iftar . You Can store them for one month in freezer , so try this recipe and let me know how it is , waiting for your feedback.
Ingredients :
-Chicken boneless 300 grams
-Oil 3 -4 tbsp
-Water 1/2 cup ( Pani )
-Onion sliced 1/2 cup ( Pyaz )
-Capsicum julienne cut 1/2 cup ( Shimla Mirch )
-Tomatoes julienne cut 1/2 cup ( Tamatar )
REMOVE THE SEEDS OF TOMATOES
-Salt 1/2 tsp ( Namak ) OR TO TASTE)
- Red Chili powder 1 tsp ( Lal Mirch Powder )
-Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp ( Kali Mirch )
-Cumin powder 1 tsp ROASTED ( Zeera )
-Coriander powder1 tsp ( Dhania Powder )
-Mix herbs or oregano 1/2 tsp
-Chili sauce 1 tsp
-Soy sauce1 tsp OR OYSTER SAUCE 1 TSP
-Vinegar 1tsp ( Sirka )
-Ginger paste 1 tsp (Adrak )
-Garlic paste 1 tsp ( Lehsun)
-Mozzarella cheese as required
-All-purpose flour 2 -3 tbsp ( Maida )
-Water as required ( Pani )
-Egg 0ne
-Salt 1-4 tsp ( Namak )
-Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp ( Kali Mirch )
-Milk 1/4 Cup ( Doodh )
-Bread Crumbs as required
-Samosa Patti as required
-Oil for frying
Direction For Cooking :
-In a wok add oil then add chicken boneless and cook until it change its color it will take 3 -4 mins.
-Add ginger , garlic paste and cook for 2 mins.
-Add sliced onion, capsicum, tomatoes, and cook it for 2 -3 mins on high flame.
-Add crushed black pepper , red chili powder , red chili flakes , salt , coriander powder , cumin powder , mix herbs, vinegar , chili sauce , oyster sauce mix well and cook for 2 -3 mins on medium flame.
-Add water mix well then cover and cook for 3 -5 mins on low flame until water dries.
-Transfer to bowl and let it cool .
-In a bowl add all -purpose flour and water mix well and make a smooth paste then set aside .
-In another bowl add egg add salt , black pepper powder , milk whisk well and then set aside for further use.
-Now Take samosa patti make + then add cooked chicken add some mozzarella cheese as required and then fold one side of patti.
-Apply slurry on the ends of patti and fold them properly.
-Make all parcels you can store these chicken parcel in any air tight container for one month.
-Now dip these parcel in egg mixture then coat with bread crumbs as well.
-Fry them on medium flame until golden brown.
-Your fajita chicken parcel are ready serve with sweet chili sauce.
-Enjoy with your family and friends.
