He's been at this for a few minutes now!

No this is not cruel to him or the fish. He is not stuck in the drawer and there is a lid on the fishtank so the fish are safe. Spider (My cat) is just having some fun fish entertainment while I monitor him. It is completely safe and harmless so don't come at me and you can do this with your pets as well but do it responsibly!
