Pharaoh put Joseph in charge! He was in charge of the palace and everyone had to obey him! He was second in command after Pharaoh, but Pharaoh got to sit in the throne, and Joseph couldn’t. Today let’s read Genesis 41:40-41 and pick a chair in your house to represent the throne. Then tell your Tiny Arrow he will be Joseph, and you will be Pharaoh. Sit in the chair, then tell them they are second in charge but cannot sit on your throne. They cannot sit in your seat!

You shall be in charge of my palace, and all my people are to submit to your orders. Only with respect to the throne will I be greater than you.” So Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I hereby put you in charge of the whole land of Egypt.”
