According to Reuters, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has not accepted the resignation of Mohammed Javad Zarif.
Iran's foreign minister abruptly resigned on Feb. 25th, and even posted an announcement on social media.
But Iranian law requires the presidential office to accept a resignation to make it official.
Iran’s Foreign Ministry reiterated Zarif's resignation has not been accepted by the presidential office.
