Louisiana Attorney General Liz Murrill says the Missouri v. Biden and NRA v. Vullo free speech cases being heard before the U.S. Supreme Court this week may end up being “bookends" for identifying government encouragement, coercion, and pressure tactics that cross the line and violate the First Amendment. Murrill says the tactics the Biden administration used to pressure Big Tech into censoring Americans went “well beyond the level of simple persuasion.”
