Today we are going to prepare a very tasty and soft brioche bread.
Do what I show you and you will succeed!
Warm milk - 130 g.
Add 5 g of dry yeast.
Mix well.
Add egg - 1 egg.
Add sugar - 40 g.
Season to taste and season with salt - 5 g.
Mix very well.
