The Soviet Union was NOT Communist.

***EXCLUSIVE TO RUMBLE*** In this video I argue that neither the Soviet Union nor Cuba can be called "Communist" because neither achieved Socialism in the first place. I also dismiss claims that Venezuela is (or ever was) "socialist".
