NCAA Tournament fans impressed with Detroit's progress, Little Caesars Arena

Thousands of fans are making the trip to Little Caesars Arena, some from hundreds of miles away, for the first round of the NCAA Tournament's March Madness. Many of them are already saying the city of Detroit is better than they imagined, and that the city is headed in the right direction.
