MEDITATION Made SIMPLE: No RULES, No Excuses, Just Results!
Starting a meditation practice shouldn't feel like climbing Mount Everest.
Making up your mind and sitting down to meditate itself is hard, and there's a certain resistance that you need to battle just to meditate for 5 minutes. Now, when you are told to follow a gazillion rules to start meditating, guess what? You are going to find more excuses not to do it. What seemed hard now seems impossible.
As a beginner, I was told to light lamps, chant mantras, wear light clothes, bring flowers and fruits, and basically do 15 different things before even starting to meditate. Even though they help at certain stages, you don't really have to follow them to learn or even start meditation.
I followed these rules and tried meditating, I failed in this journey and eventually gave up. Later, I was lucky enough to learn from other teachers who taught me in a much easier way, but these methods had some complicated concepts that was hard for a beginner. So in this video, I tell you how meditation can be so much easier and effortless.
You don't have to follow any rules or have special equipment. You just have to follow the simple steps I lay out in this video. This itself will make it so much easier for you to meditate on a consistent basis, without hating it. Moreover, you will instantly feel good after every meditation session.
