The girl in this video is standing a few feet away from a small frog that is perched on the stone tiles next to a pool. Or it could be just a water feature in the backyard. It is hard to tell since the video was taken at night and there are not any wide shots. Though we do question how close the grill is to the edge of that water. There does not appear to be much space between the edge and the grill. There is not a lot of room to move around. Alright back to the girl. She is imitating, or attempting, to imitate a frog sound. It is not the traditional ribbit ribbit sound you might expect her to make. The noise she actually makes is more of a ululating trill sound.
