Nick Midgley and Amanda Allen are two very motivated athletes who have had successful sports careers and built strong reputations for their dedication and work ethic. They reached the heights of success in their crafts - but it hasn't always been this way! They also both share in common a very difficult history - one of self destruction, body image issues, self loathing and traumatic drug and alcohol addiction. Here they share their intense stories of hitting rock bottom and then rising above to become positive role models who encourage others to live a life of health, wellness, sobriety and service to others.
