Exhibit 212-3

This exhibit shows Former FBI Liaison to Capitol Police John Guandolo and two men he has described as current FBI agents who were clapping as people ran up the steps to the Capitol.

Initially this exhibit was submitted under seal for motion 212 in my case, but since then Speaker Johnson has made all CCTV in this exhibit public, so it is not longer bound by the protective order.
