Passed Out Couple on the Beach Arrested After Woken Up by Cops and Children Are Found to Be Missing

An intoxicated couple was found passed out on a Florida beach and woken up by police and found to have lost sight of their children. While being arrested, the man attempted to flee police custody but was only successful with knocking himself out. The children were found unharmed later swimming in a pool.
