Campus Reform Higher Education Fellow Nicholas Giordano reacts to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s suggestion that the First Amendment is an impediment to the government. “When we have a Supreme Court justice that doesn’t realize the importance of the Constitution, it reminds me of the failed education system that doesn’t really teach about American history, our founding, our documents, and American civics,” says Giordano.
