this is day 11 of the hardgainer winter bulk and today we got a special video of me showing of a full day of eating 3500 calories as a hardgainer. we also got a Legs & ABS workout. This series on the channel is documenting my fitness journey as a hardgainer. I am currently bulking and weigh around 156lbs at 5 feet and 9 inches. My calorie maintenance is around 2500 calories. I try to get around 500-750 calories above that everyday to add 0.5-1lb a week. I hope you enjoy!
