Ingredients and step by step instructions for making the recipe

Season the lamb or goat meat (800 grams) with the following ingredients:
Olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Half a tsp of paprika
In a clay pot if available or oven safe pot add the following ingredients in order:
3 small Onions cut into quarters (200 grams)
4 small potatoes cut into cubes (350 grams)
One big eggplant cut into cubes (350 grams)
Diced tomatoes (200 grams)
Garlic cloves(25 grams)
Olive oil
Make a mixture of tomatoes paste (60 grams), one and a half cups of water, salt to taste, and one tsp of paprika, black pepper, and thyme
Mix everything up and pour it on top of the vegetables
Place the meat on top
Put some colored bell peppers in the gabs between the meat
Add a few hole hot peppers (amount optional)
Cover the pot with parchment paper and aluminum foil
Place the pot in a preheated oven at a temperature of 400 °f, 200 °c. Bake it for 2 hours

Let's prepare the dough
Start first by preparing the yeast
Mix one cup of water with one tsp of yeast and half a tsp of sugar
Let the yeast activate for 5 minutes
In a kneading bowl add the following ingredients:
Two cups of all purpose flour
One tsp of salt
Add the yeast made earlier
One tsp of olive oil
Knead the dough until you get a firm consistency
Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour
Flatten the dough
Cover the top of the pot with the dough
Press on the edges
Brush the top of the dough eggs
Sprinkle a little bit of sesame and black seeds
Put it back in the oven
Place in the oven for another 20 minutes
