Post Office Investigator Stephen Bradshaw Points the Finger of blame at Senior Management at both the Post Office and Fujitsu for non-disclosure of Horizon bugs in his opening evidence to the Post Office Inquiry.

Stephen Bradshaw outlines his 45 year ongoing career at the Post Office including the last 24 years in the Security Team as an investigation manager at the Post Office and has involvement in a large number of the case studies being looked at by the Post Office Inquiry.

Stephen Bradshaw has legal representation at the Post Office Inquiry and receives the self-incrimination warning from Post Office Inquiry chair Sir Wyn ahead of giving his testimony.

He says investigations were ran professionally at all times, he has no other recollections on them and he wasn't made aware of any issues with the Horizon system.
