Cave Rescuer Says Musk Should Be Accountable For Twitter Defamation Unlisted Video

The caver who sued Elon Musk last year, Vernon Unsworth, has requested that a judge deny Musk’s attempt to have Unsworth's lawsuit dismissed. According to AutoNews, Unsworth said in a court filing Friday that Musk should not be able to escape liability by arguing that his tweets are just his opinion, since Tesla has said in a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing that Musk’s Twitter account is "a medium to communicate facts.
