Cincinnati may expand ShotSpotter to more neighborhoods

The success of ShotSpotter in Avondale - police said it has incresed thje response rate from 16 percent to 100 perent - has leaders and residents in favor of expanding it to other neighborhoods. City councilmember Chris Smitherman suggested Over-the-Rhine and the West side might benefit.
